- Flat Rate - $800
- 50% (retainer fee) to be paid prior to starting proposal
- Hours Provided: 30
- Research of grant guidelines and details
- Revisions: 2
- Includes 3 meetings
- Discuss details of the project (questions answered and necessary information provided to grant writer)
- Review draft and submission process / Review follow-up research
- Review Budget Narrative and Summary
- Interview w/program facilitator
- Interview w/budget coordinator
- Once the draft is submitted (mid-point), necessary revisions can be made.
- Timeline: 6-8 weeks
*if a proposal is needed in less than 6 weeks, there is an extra fee of $100.

- Flat Rate - $1200
- 50% (retainer fee) to be paid prior to starting proposal
- Hours Provided: 50
- Research of grant guidelines and details
- Revisions: 4
- Includes 6 meetings
- Discuss details of the project (questions answered and necessary information provided to grant writer)
- Review draft and submission process / Review follow-up research
- Review Budget Narrative and Summary
- Additional resources and grants researched
- Revisit budget and revised draft
- Review submission process / Grant organization research / Site visit (as necessary)
- Interview w/program facilitator
- Interview w/budget coordinator
- Once the draft is submitted (mid-point), necessary revisions can be made.
- Timeline: 4-6 weeks
